Here are a few tips to help make your online class an easy and enjoyable experience.
We use an online platform called Zoom.
Once you have paid you will receive an email with a link you can use to join any class (we suggest adding this link to your calendar or as a favourite in your browser).
You can use the same link and password to join any of the classes.
Place yourself in a quiet area and turn your phone to silent. Your video in the zoom meeting will be on, so I can see your propping and alignments.
Set up your Shavasana stack, (or chair) with your head toward the camera.
Make sure you have your props handy. (blocks, chair, cushions and blankets)
The meeting will be open 15 minutes prior to start time and the waiting room will be setup.
Once the class starts I will mute everybody except myself, which gives you the clearest sound. If you are having sound issues please see the Tech Tips page on the website.
Yoga Blocks (minimum 2)
Yoga Blankets, (about 6)
if you are a beginner you will be able to make do with a folding chair and firm cushions
Yoga strap or karate belt, ( you could even use a long scarf)
Yoga mat to lie on or blanket
Simple folding chair with a flat seat
